How Can severe Nasal Congestion Be Treated?

Hi, I have been feeling not myself for sometime. Im always tired always! I am finding myself being short of breath all the time, a lot of mucus in the Nasal area. A lot of the time which massive blood clots . I very rarely ever have a normal bowel movement I m always gas tricky. haven t lost any weight in fact I have put it on. Im just so tired & have never been like this. I really just feel like an old car that s breaking down lol. At first I attributed it to having my fourth child at an older age ( I m 40) who is now 3 but I no longer feel it is that . Any help would be appreciated

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Nasal congestion, shortness of breath, mucus and blood clots suggest injury to the mucosa of the nasal cavity and probably unresolved sinusitis.

I suggest you consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment. An underlying cause like deviated nasal septum or sinusitis may be responsible for these symptoms. The underlying cause needs to be treated.

Irregular bowel movement may be psychological secondary to multiple nasal problems. However, I suggest you consult a gastroenterologist simultaneously.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
